To manage the recruiting life cycle in a way that enhances the candidate experience and ensures positive and successful hires for YSS. This role collaborates with managers and supervisors to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that attract and retain qualified candidates. Must be able to build solid relationships at all levels of the organization that promotes and fosters our team environment.

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

At least three years of professional work experience required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments required.
Excellent communication skills required.

Experience with, or knowledge of, HRIS systems, required.

Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
