YSS has served youth and families for many years in the Hamilton County area.  In 2016, YSS opened its new outpatient services clinic in Webster City, IA.  This expanding service is now looking for additional mental health therapists to help meet the growing need in this area.

YSS therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and family members through a variety of therapeutic modalities in order to alleviate identified mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use problems.  YSS offers a variety of competitive compensation packages and flexibility in schedules as well as a wide range of yearly training opportunities that support the implementation of best practices in our clinics.

A Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology with a current license to practice the profession in the state of Iowa is required.

Knowledge and training in the identification and treatment of substance use disorders is desired.  Experience working with children and families is preferred but not required.

Must be available to work varied hours including some evenings.
