The Contract Compliance and Quality Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the YSS Child Welfare & Emergency Services (CWES) contracts to ensure compliance and required monitoring. This position ensures compliance related to YSS policies/procedures that impact the overall CWES contract. The Manager also ensures compliance with all required licensure and contract standards in the areas of client file management, incident reporting, relevant contract performance outcomes, DHS/JCS licensing & billing standards, Basic Center Runaway & Homeless Grant requirements/outcomes, CARF Accreditation Standards, and all other CWES contract and/or grant requirements. This position also serves as a communication liaison with internal and external contract personnel.

The Manager assists with training staff on client file management, YSS electronic medical records system, and forms/documentation related to client files. This position supervises and cares for clients as requested while maintaining an atmosphere of safety and respect.  This position serves as a lead within the Rosedale CWES on-call rotation staff schedule and is assigned to provide on-call coverage and consultation as part of the after-hours/weekend on-call system.

A BSW, BS, or BA degree in human services or a related field is required.

Three years of experience in the management and supervision of adolescents in a residential setting is required.
