As part of the Children’s Well-Being Collaborative grant, a new toolkit will be piloted with agencies that conduct family assessments.

Family Well-Being Assessment Toolkit: “Trauma Informed Holistic Family Evaluation”

Focus includes: Trauma Informed Care and Family Well-Being Assessment practices

When: Tuesday, February 19, 2019, 9:00am – Noon

What to Expect: This training is for staff to learn about this new tool and then participate in a pilot. The pilot is to gain an understanding on effectiveness, relevance and efficiency of this new tool as compared to what the staff usually use for family assessments. The training will include a foundational review of trauma informed care, adverse childhood experiences (ACE’s) and how the Family Well-Being Assessment Toolkit is used.

Cost: There is no cost for participants of the Children’s Well-Being Collaborative who are able and willing to participate in the pilot.

Pilot: The pilot includes using the Family Well-Being Assessment Toolkit and providing feedback via survey monkey.  Timeframe February and March 2019.
