YSS Honors Supporters and Achievements at 2026 Recognition Luncheon
The ballroom at the Gateway Hotel in Ames was filled with connection, celebration, and community as YSS hosted its 2026 Recognition Luncheon. The event highlighted the lives changed through YSS programs, made possible by the continued support of donors, volunteers, and community partners.
The afternoon featured meaningful stories, reflections on our impact, and a look ahead to what’s next for YSS. Guests also enjoyed a meal that included fresh lettuce grown in YSS Rooftop Gardens, a simple but powerful reminder of the hands-on programs and opportunities that help young people build stability and skills for the future.
Most importantly, we had the privilege of recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations whose dedication and collaboration make our mission possible. We also shared exciting updates, including new opioid prevention efforts and the momentum building as YSS prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary. Together, the luncheon reflected the hope, partnership, and shared commitment that continue to strengthen the youth and families we serve.
